Battery Music LLC was formed in late 2006 in recognition of opportunities in the Chicago music scene reflecting the changing world of music publishing and promotion. Battery Music seeks to discover and partner with bands who realize the perils of signing with a major label but remain committed to the concept of profitable and professional musical recording and performance.

Battery seeks primarily rock and electronica bands from the Chicago area who have demonstrated via a successful commerical record release that they have the potential to excel on a national level. Ideally, Battery will help bands produce and promote their second major album.

To that end, we are pleased to announce our first partnership, with one of Chicago's finest rock acts, NYCO (http://www.nycomusic.com). Jon Seymour, Battery's CEO, will serve as Executive Producer of what promises to be an amazing new record. Look for it in mid-2007!
